How We Make Estimates
If you have insurance, you will want to know what your potential responsibility will be after your insurance processes your claim. You will need contact your insurance company to obtain that information.
If you are unsure about some of the information we need, we will contact your doctor’s office in order to gather the additional information. Please understand that these additional calls sometimes take time for a response and it may be several hours before we can provide you with the most accurate information.
Estimates are based on the information provided by you, your doctor, and your insurance company. Should additional tests be performed or if other services are needed, the estimate will not be valid.
